Try Wearing Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Most modern entrepreneurs rely heavily on devices such as mobile phones and computers. While they’re being used, the screens of these kinds of devices emit a specific wavelength of light known as “blue light.” The blue light emitted from these screens can interrupt the body’s natural sleep cycle and, in addition, all this time spent focusing on screens can cause eye strain. 

DataReportal found that the average American spends 7 hours and 4 minutes looking at a screen every day. Personally, I find that using blue light-blocking glasses helps me combat these issues greatly. The lenses of the glasses are coated in a special film that blocks up to 80% of the blue light emitted from these screens. This helps to reduce my eye strain and helps stop my sleep cycle from being artificially disrupted. The result is that I can focus on my work without having to worry about the side effects caused, especially when things get busy and I find myself staring at screens for long periods of time.
