This book project was created by Jerome Knyszewski of Valiant CEO. I was impressed by their write-up on me, and was delighted to have been invited to participate in this project.
Leaders in Action is a collection of contributed chapters from entrepreneurs and business leaders. It includes advice on a multitude of topics related to business growth and team-building. In the book, I shared advice on building resilient teams through innovation. Often poor leadership styles stifle innovation, because people are too scared to speak up and contribute their ideas. Instead, authoritarian leaders claim to be the center of purpose and genius in an organization. While that style can work, it’s not good for building a hopeful, aspirational team.
