RTVI: T-Rex World Championship Races 2024 & Team Building

This was a fun piece for Russian-language channel, RTVI. Though the translation was a bit off, I was able to share helpful information on building teams. Specifically, when you have a competition with competitors from within the same organization, it’s better to pit teams against each other rather than individuals. When individuals at a company compete, it becomes personal, and it could affect their ability to work together. Instead, put the marketing team against the sales team, and give the losing team a chance at redemption by holding the contest again.
